Matt & Sean are personable, truthful, explaining the facts, not the drama. As a woman, I feel treated respectfully equally (not all guys know car stuff either). They will bring me out to the shop and show me the parts they want me to undewrstand. They helped me keep my 2000 Toyota Camry in the snowy/salty New England for 17 years. Then when I was buying a used car, I brought it to them and they checked it out and gave me the thumbs up. I feel safe with them, they make time for my needs, love the Saturday service hours. I love these guys, the whole team works like one. Meineke is lucky to have this quality of work and personnel carry your brand name.

I can in for a oil change, tire rotation and alignment after they took the time to make sure my truck needed it and it did. They always explain if I need something done or not and that's great for me since I take care of my truck. They don't take advantage of me just because I'm a woman.

Everyone was so very kind, from the moment I called, brought my car in, to having my car inspected. The main manager/check in man was very nice!

I love our Meineke in Anderson! Jim, the owner, is fantastic. He does great work, is reasonably priced, and even asks about my kids. I won't go anywhere else, because I don't trust anyone else like I've come to trust Jim and his staff.

They just give me an overall view of what I need and what is priority and what can wait. I went in for an oil change , but was offered so much more they were running a special that I was un aware of until they mentioned it . This is the only meineke I will go to . I'm always satisfied.
